Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

All tattoo consultations are free and need to be booked in advance with artists.
Tattoo design & session bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date & time needed.
The deposit amount will be confirmed by your chosen artist prior to your consultation appointment.
Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling: You must provide at least 7 days notice if you need to reschedule any appointments (consultation or tattooing appointment).
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or late cancellations (without sufficient notice) will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. No exceptions, even with parental consent.
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence, or ID card) must be presented before your appointment.
Failure to provide ID will result in cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Tattoo prices vary depending on size, detail, placement, and artist. Your artist will provide a price during your consultation.
We accept cash payments only.
Full payment for each session is required on the day of that session.

If you cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling requires at least 7 days notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

All tattoo designs are custom creations by our artists and remain the intellectual property of Forever Bound Tattoo Studio.
Designs will be prepared before your appointment, and minor changes can be made on the day.
Major design changes may require a new consultation and could result in rescheduling.
Artists will not copy another artist’s tattoo design but can use reference images for inspiration.

We follow strict hygiene and sterilisation procedures to ensure client safety.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, epilepsy, allergies, skin conditions, blood disorders) before booking.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot tattoo you for health and safety reasons.
If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Your artist will provide aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow them to ensure proper healing.
Tattoos typically take 2-4 weeks to heal.
Touch-ups may be available within 3 months of your appointment if required due to normal healing.
Touch-ups due to negligence, poor aftercare, or improper healing (e.g., excessive sun exposure, picking, excessive water exposure) will be charged at the artist’s discretion.

Clients should arrive on time and in a suitable condition for tattooing.
You may bring one guest for support, but space is limited.
Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or rudeness towards staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of your appointment without a refund.
Photography inside the studio is allowed with artist permission.

Deposits, gift cards and tattoo payments are non-refundable.
Tattoos are permanent, and while our artists take every precaution to ensure quality, results may vary due to skin type, placement, and healing.
Forever Bound Tattoo Studio is not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from personal preference or improper aftercare.
Any disputes regarding a tattoo must be raised within 7 days of your appointment.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
