Joshua began his tattooing journey at Forever Bound Tattoo Studio, Bristol, as an apprentice in the summer of 2020. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, he completed his apprenticeship by the end of 2022, developing into a skilled traditional tattoo artist.
Tattooing Style & Approach
Joshua specialises in Traditional Tattooing, a style defined by bold lines, solid colour, and strong black shading. His designs reflect the classic tattoo aesthetics that have stood the test of time, styles that would have been chosen by generations before.
His work draws inspiration from British tattoo artists of the mid-20th century, including Bristol tattoo legends Les Skuse, Danny Skuse, and Joseph Hartley. By following in their footsteps, Joshua carries on a legacy of authentic, time-honoured tattooing traditions.
